CURRENT PROJECT:

I create transgenic mice via microinjection for a reproductive mutagensis project (the Bart project). Beyond establishing the technology in the Bishop lab, I have started to train another technician in the techniques of microinjection. Additionally, I am responsible for mapping genome wide modifiers of infertile mutants, including GCD (Germ Cell Depletion). I intend to begin a mouse infertility clinic to identify and characterize reproductive failure in mutant mouse lines. I also maintain the Bishop Lab/ Bart Project web pages.
